That means “very satisfactory”, dude.  Sweeeet.

 

OK, yes, the word is often associated with “dudes” from the valley because of its prevalent use during various movies of the 80’s and early 90’s but its use in America goes back to the 1920’s and the early jazz era.

First Fruits

The moed of the first fruits of the harvest occurs the day after the Sabbath during week of the Feast of Unleavened Bread.  This moed provides a picture of putting G-d first in our lives and honoring Him above ourselves as we are set free from bondage in Egypt. In this moed we can see the resurrection of Messiah as the "first fruit" of those who are asleep.
