Praiseworthy Mercy

Question: How is the work at the time of reception for the sake of bestowal differentiated from bestowal for the sake of bestowal?

Answer: If we receive for the sake of bestowal, we receive Ohr Hochma (Light of Wisdom) within Ohr Hassadim (Light of Mercy). So from this, Ohr Hassadim becomes a different Hassadim; it is no longer just “faith,” but “complete faith.”

Previously Ohr Hassadim was Ohr Ruach (Light of Spirit) and now Ohr Hassadim testifies that it has grown and can now fill Ohr Hochma! It doesn’t just fill itself, but allows the Ohr Hochmah to be revealed. It gives a place for the Creator, since the Creator is Ohr Hochma. In this manner the Ohr Hassadim shows how it is the most important thing in all of creation.

This is called the praiseworthy Hassadim, elevating it even more. These are no longer just empty Hassadim, rather they fill with Ohr Hochma and in this way, they become very important.
